Welcome to Body Goalz with Britt! Here to give you a variety of workouts to reach your fitness goals. All
Workouts are done at home, so minimal equipment is required!
Items needed -
- 5lb dumbbells
- 10lb dumbbells,
- A heavy resistance band from Fitwitbritt.com
- A mat or you can use a comfortable rug at home...
- Top it off with a “I got this” attitude and let’s go!
Workouts are 20 - 25 mins long.
3 workouts a week (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday)
Workouts are uploaded the night before for my early risers. Meal plans are sold separately under the Fitness plans tab on Fitwitbritt.com.
Membership is for home workouts only! Billing is recurring every month for $13.99, cancel at any time.
Once you complete purchase:
Once you complete purchase go to your email address that was entered on your receipt. There will be an email to activate your account on Fitwitbritt.com
Click the activation button, it will take you to a page to create a password. Once your password is created you can now log on to Fit Wit Britt.com and click Body Goalz with Britt, there is a drop-down menu and you will see the Body Goalz workout.
BUT if you’ve purchased from Fitwitbritt before you won’t receive an email to activate because you already have an account so just log in and you should be able to access Body Goalz if not please send a reset password request and that will allow you to access it as well. Enjoy! Send an email with receipt if you have any issues.
